FAQ and Shipping

Why are your prices so low?

We work closely with designers to ship directly from their warehouses all over the world.  We avoid all the extra costs involved in shipping the product from the designer to the US, storing the product in a warehouse, buying packaging/ shipping materials, and then paying to ship to you/ the customer.  We then pass all these savings onto you and are able to offer free shipping! 

How does this affect my shopping experience? 

  • Shipping Time- all products will be processed within 1-4 days.  Since they are being shipped from outside the US, your order will arrive within 1-4 weeks. 
  • Packaging- your order will not arrive in Sunnie Grace packaging and will have a shipping label from another country (like China for example). 
  • Products May Ship Separately- Each product may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times (even if only one order was placed).  This is because we work with numerous designers and warehouses.  All products may be shipped from different warehouses (not as one shipment). 


We will accept returns if it falls under one of these categories:

  1. The item has a manufacturing problem
  2. Incorrect size was received 
  3. Item did not arrive to shipping address

To submit a refund:

  1. We must be notified within 7 days of the product being received
  2. Items must be unused, have tags and original packaging
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after we have received the return. 
  4. Customer is required to ship the item back to us and is responsible for return shipping fees (they are nonrefundable)
  5. Certain items are not eligible for refunds due to hygienic reasons, such as- swimwear, beanies, hats, headbands, tights and socks. 
  6. Email us at shopsunniegrace@gmail.com and include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Issue with product
    • Photos documenting issue/ size  

Shipping Times:

For orders shipping within the USA-processed within 1-4 days.  Shipping takes 1-4 weeks.  

    Didn't receive all your items? 

    Since we work with numerous designers, items may ship and arrive separately (at no additional cost to the customer).  You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped. 

    Where are your products from? 

    We work with designers and warehouses from all over the world.  Most of our current suppliers are located in China.  We ship directly from their warehouses to offer the lowest prices and free shipping!
